One dead, two hospitalized in a two-vehicle collision in Indianapolis

Indianapolis, Indiana – A fatal two-vehicle accident has taken place on the southeast side of Indianapolis, according to the local Metropolitan Police Department.

The incident transpired on the 7300 block of Southeastern Avenue. Initial findings from law enforcement suggest that the vehicles collided head-on.

Unfortunately, one driver did not survive the crash. Despite being rushed to the hospital, the individual was declared deceased upon arrival.

The other vehicle involved in the accident had two occupants. Both the driver and the passenger were transported to a nearby medical facility and are currently reported to be in stable condition.

Law enforcement officers remain on site as they continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
