Public assistance sought in case of a missing Indianapolis resident believed to be in need of medical aid

Indianapolis, Indiana – The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) has appealed to the public for assistance in locating Rachel Salomon, a 28-year-old woman who has been unaccounted for since Sunday.

Authorities have expressed concerns regarding Ms. Salomon’s well-being, emphasizing that she may be in a vulnerable state and could require medical attention. Ms. Salomon was last reported on the west side of Indianapolis, though the official statement released on Wednesday did not specify an exact location.

For identification purposes, Ms. Salomon is approximately 5 feet 3 inches in height, weighs around 170 pounds, and has distinguishing features of black hair and brown eyes. The IMPD statement refrained from delving into further particulars about her.

Citizens who might have any relevant information or leads are urged to contact the authorities promptly. They can reach out directly to 911, the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at 317-327-6160, or anonymously via Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana.
