University of Indianapolis offers the community a unique learning experience this fall
Indianapolis, Indiana – The University of Indianapolis has made an announcement, revealing that it will be offering the community free online and book club-modeled courses.
This unique offering is extended to a diverse group comprising students, alumni, faculty, staff, and other community members, allowing them the opportunity to attain one college credit hour. This year, the course will be centered on the themes found within the novel “Middlemarch” by George Eliot. It’s worth highlighting that 2022 marked the 150th anniversary of this esteemed literary work.
Scheduled to span the fall semester from August 28 to December 16, the course structure incorporates manageable weekly reading assignments, interactive online discussions, and intermittent lectures, the latter being delivered by both the university’s distinguished faculty and external academic experts.
Prospective participants from the community are invited to enroll without incurring any cost. It’s pertinent to note that while participants need not have formal affiliations as students of the University of Indianapolis, they should be in possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
